Recette et saveur

Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries and tangy cranberries. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Kirsch spirit. 

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark and moist. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of cranberries.

Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high.

Durée de conservation et stockage

18 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates.  Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze.

All our cakes are hand-made in small batches and then packaged by hand. We will not compromise on the quality of our ingredients. Our philosophy is "quality not quantity". 

INGREDIENTS: Vine Fruits (30%)(Sultanas, Raisins, Currants), WHEAT FLOUR (With Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Candied Cherries (11%)(Cherries, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Fruit & Vegetable Concentrate: Carrot, Aronia; Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Pasteurised EGG, Butter (MILK, Salt), Brown Sugar, Humectant: Glycerine, Dried Cranberries (5%)(Cranberries, Sugar), Black Treacle (Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup), Kirsch (3%), Natural Flavouring, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt. 

No artificial colours or flavours. No palm oil. Made to a nut-free recipe.
