Gâteau au Rhum dans une Boîte Cadeau en Bois 750g

Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Caribbean spiced rum.

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The rum infusion provides an extra-special taste, but it's subtle, not too strong, so that the full flavour of the fruits still comes through. A very smooth and mellow fruit cake. 

Packaged in an elegant wooden gift box with hinged lid (all hand-made in England) which provides a lovely keepsake and memory after the cake has been consumed. 155mm square and 90mm high.

We pack all our cakes in a smart presentation box which is very strong and specially designed to protect the cake during mailing. 

We regret we cannot deliver on a specific date. If the cake is for a special event (like a birthday) we recommend ordering early.

All our cakes are date-marked. Upon delivery, the cake will have a minimum 30 days shelf life remaining. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze.

All our cakes are hand-made in small batches and then packaged by hand. We will not compromise on the quality of our ingredients. Our philosophy is "quality not quantity".
