Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. 

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. Proper old-fashioned fruit cake. The essential English cake which perfectly complements a good cup of tea or coffee.

INGREDIENTS: Sultanas 30% (Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Pasteurised EGGS, WHEAT FLOUR (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Brown Sugar, Butter (MILK), Raisins 5%, Currants 5%, Cherries (Cherries, Glucose/Fructose Syrup, Natural Colour, Citric Acid, Preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Black Treacle, Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose/Fructose Syrup, Invert Sugar, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid, Preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Vegetable Glycerine, Water, Mixed Spice (Cassia Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Cloves), Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt.
