Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth well-balanced single-malt whisky from the Scottish Highlands.

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The single-malt Scotch provides a complex back-flavour with a hint of peat and smoke, but it's subtle, not too strong, so that the full flavour of the fruits still comes through.

Packaged in an elegant wooden gift box with hinged lid (all hand-made in England) which leaves a lovely keepsake and memory after the cake has been consumed. 155mm square and 90mm high.

If the cake is a gift, we can include your personal message which we’ll print on a card and pack with the cake. Don’t forget to say who it’s from!

We pack all our cakes in a smart presentation box which is very strong and specially designed to protect the cake during mailing. 

We regret we cannot deliver on a specific date. If the cake is for a special event (like a birthday) we recommend ordering early.

All our cakes are date-marked. Upon delivery, the cake will have a minimum 30 days shelf life remaining. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze.

All our cakes are hand-made in small batches and then packaged by hand. We will not compromise on the quality of our ingredients. Our philosophy is "quality not quantity".
