Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. 

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. Proper old-fashioned fruit cake. The essential English cake which perfectly complements a good cup of tea or coffee.


The cake is vacuum-sealed in a ring-pull tin which is packed inside a beautiful gift box.

24 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze.
