Recipe: Our Spiced Rum Fruit Cake is made with pure British butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in authentic Caribbean spiced rum.

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The rum infusion provides an extra-special taste, that's subtle and not too strong, allowing the full flavour of the fruits to still come through. A very smooth and mellow fruit cake. 

Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned painting of fruits by a local artist. 155mm diameter and 90mm high.

We pack all our cakes in a smart presentation box which is very strong and specially designed to protect the cake during mailing. 

We regret that we cannot deliver on a specific date. If the cake is for a special event, like a birthday, we recommend ordering early.

All our fruit cakes are date-marked. Upon delivery, the cake will have a minimum of 30 days shelf life remaining. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. Do not freeze.

All of our fruit cakes are hand-made in small batches and then packaged by hand. We will not compromise on the quality of our ingredients. Our philosophy is "quality not quantity".
