Recipe: Our Spiced Fruit Cake is made with pure British butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous apricots, tangy orange and lemon peel, orange oil, and plenty of spices: cinnamon, coriander, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves.  

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and spicy. The apricots add an extra special taste; the orange oil and orange peel give a citrus zing, but not too strong, still allowing the full flavour of the vine fruits to come through.

Packaged in a beautiful vintage-inspired keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham Cakes, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high.

We regret that we cannot deliver on a specific date. If the cake is for a special event, like a birthday, we recommend ordering early.
