Recipe: Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in spiced rum.

Flavour: Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. The subtle taste of the spiced rum lends a hint of tropical sunshine without being too strong, so that the full flavour of the fruit still comes through. A very smooth and mellow fruit cake.

The cake is vacuum-sealed in a ring-pull tin which is packed inside a beautiful gift box.
