The original Buckingham recipe with over 45% fruit. The essential cake for 'English Afternoon Tea'. Deliciously rich, dark, moist and fruity. Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel, and a pinch of spice. Containing no artificial colours or flavours and no palm oil. Vacuum-sealed in a tin to retain all the tasty flavour and freshness and provide a long shelf life.

This cake is very special. Perfect to eat with tea or coffee. It is made using the same 'Classic Fruit Cake' recipe, but it is infused with French brandy. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in finest Courvoisier® VS Cognac providing an extra-special flavour to this exceptional cake.
